Growth Manager

We're looking for a growth manager to build a best-in-class demand gen engine!

We're on a mission to democratizing same-day delivery for everyone by leveraging B2B marketplace economics and our logistics management SaaS to enable any merchant, retailer or 3PL to deploy reliable, affordable same-day delivery easily.


We believe job postings should be simple and focused, so here's the scoop on the Growth role:


What you'll do:

  • You're going to drive new demand for our two-sided marketplace from both eCommerce merchants and our supply side
  • Create an upsell engine for our sales team to grow existing accounts


How you'll do it:

We expect you to teach us how to build best-in-class demand generation engines :)

  • Build a best-in-class demand generation engine to pull in our demand side (merchants!)
  • Build a best-in-class demand generation & outreach engine to create a funnel of interest from our supply side


You'll be working with the Head of Sales, he's got the following thoughts to get you started (but again, you'll know best):

  • content marketing and building customer case studies
  • building sales collateral and liasoning with strategic partners
  • creating, owning, and growing social forums for merchants and courier partners
  • webinars, Zoom's, and more!


What you need to be great at:

  • You can find the right customer at the right place and time
  • You know exactly how to speak to them in their lingo & have identified what matters to them
  • You engineer an inputs driven demand generation engine (if we do "Y" we can expect "X")
